Customers of most businesses want to know how much a job is going to cost them before they agree to it. Editing clients are no different. Hourly rates are hopelessly vague; they don’t help with project budgeting, and they don’t guarantee the honesty or integrity of the proofreader. To help ensure consistent pricing, we have chosen to charge our clients on a per word basis.
To determine what level of editing is needed, you will need to submit a sample of your project. The sample will be reviewed, and you will be sent a recommendation of which service level would best suit your project. Once you have decided on a service (and your desired completion time), the total number of pages will be calculated, and an estimate will be sent to you.
